The CS10 is a small block Chevy conversion header for V8 engine swaps in Chevrolet S-10 truck and Blazer (including GMC S-15) applications. Requires converting to a remote oil filter. NOTES: This header is designed for use with the Speed Center motor mount kit part #S10MM ONLY! The CS10 header will NOT work with Advance, Trans-Dapt (TD Performance), or Hooker engine swap kits. For these other engine swap/mount kits, please order the #CS11 headers, or #CSLS1 for LS1 engine swaps. Comes with all hardware necessary for installation. Features a 16-gauge primary and collector tube thickness with a 3/8" thick flange and a patented flange design requires NO gaskets. Tightest fitting header available anywhere! Made in the USA. Includes header bolt set. Our Aluminized Ceramic Coating is available and RECOMMENDED on all Sanderson Headers. We apply a multi-layer inside and outside silver ceramic coating in-house to meet our high standards of quality, and polish the coated header to a high luster. This coating provides aerospace and military technology to your vehicle to control the heat in your engine bay, improve cylinder scavenging of exhaust gases, and increase the longevity of your header investment. Copper Collector Gaskets are recommended for all Sanderson headers. Sanderson Headers do not include collector bolts due to our customers' wide range of preference. We do offer a collector bolt set that features Grade 8 Bolts with Locking Nuts. The Patented Leak-Free Design that Sanderson Headers offer you is the only leak-free flange design on the market ... Do Not Attempt To Use Flange Gaskets! The raised flange on the Sanderson Headers will buckle the gasket during tightening and actually cause a leak! Sanderson Headers are NOT emissions legal on pollution-controlled motor vehicles. It is the purchaser's responsibility to verify local regulations for compliance.
