Premier Street Rod Parts & Manufacturing Corp ("Premier," "we," "us," or "our") provides this Privacy Policy to describe the collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information. Premier’s internal software stores customer credit card numbers solely to process deposits, progress payments, and final payments associated with long-term vehicle builds. Stored payment data:

- is accessible only to authorized personnel
- is used solely for authorized transactions
- is never sold or shared with third parties except our payment processor

c. Customer-Provided Materials
Photographs, build notes, vehicle details, or other materials voluntarily supplied by customers.

d. Website and Technical Information
Information collected through website interactions, including IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages visited, session data, and referring URLs. Such information may be collected through cookies, server logs, analytics tools, or similar technologies.

e. Marketing and Communications Information

Shipping information is provided for delivery purposes.

c. Payment Processor
Information is transmitted to Authorize.net for transaction authorization, processing, and fraud detection.

d. Email Marketing Service Providers
Email addresses and related data may be shared with providers for delivering marketing communications to individuals who have opted in.

e. Technology, Security, and Development Providers
Authorized developers or technical personnel may access systems solely for maintenance, support, or security purposes under strict confidentiality obligations.

- Any indirect, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use Premier’s systems or services
