This all-inclusive Gen 5 SureFit™ Complete Kit is engineered for 1990-94 Chevy and GMC pickups equipped with factory-installed A/C (excluding R/V-series "Squarebody" models). It integrates a dash-mounted evaporator with a full under-hood A/C system-including compressor, condenser, hoses, hardware, and bolt-in electronic control panel-delivering seamless, microprocessor-driven climate control with dash/floor/defrost airflow in a factory-style package.
Features:
- Fits 1990-94 Chevrolet & GMC pickups with factory A/C (not compatible with R/V "Squarebody" models)
- Dash evaporator, bolt-in electronic control panel, duct hose, blower, required louvers, wiring harness, and mounting hardware included
- Under-hood package: compressor with bracket, condenser with mounts, pre-formed refrigerant lines, drier, fittings, and full bracket kit
- Gen 5 fully electronic "fly by wire" microprocessor climate system-no cables or vacuum lines
- Separate high-density A/C and heater coils with blend-door for rapid temperature control
- OEM-style block expansion valve, injection-molded case/blend-door chambers with integral rubber seals
- Rubber well-nut mounting reduces noise, vibration & harshness (NVH)
- Removable access covers, flat steel firewall cover, replacement glove-box housing, powder-coated brackets, and quiet high-performance blower
