This all-inclusive Gen 5 SureFit™ Complete Kit is tailored for 1964-66 Chevy and GMC pickups (and Suburbans) equipped with the original inline 6 engine and without factory A/C. Featuring Vintage Air's fully electronic microprocessor-controlled "fly by wire" system, it integrates your OEM deluxe control panel via cable converters and delivers complete dash/floor/defrost airflow with both evaporator and under-hood components.

- Designed specifically for 1964-66 Chevrolet & GMC pickups/Suburbans with inline 6 engines and no factory air
- OEM deluxe lever control panel converted to electronic via cable converters
- Complete dash package-evaporator unit, duct hose, blower, louvers (as required), mounting hardware, and wiring harness
- Under hood kit includes compressor with bracket, condenser with mounts, pre formed refrigerant lines, drier, fittings, and all required brackets
- Gen 5 microprocessor controlled "fly by wire" system-fully electronic, no cables or vacuum lines
- Separate high-density A/C and heater coils with blend-door for rapid temperature regulation
- OEM-style block expansion valve and injection-molded case/blend-door chambers with integral rubber seals
- Rubber well-nut mounting reduces noise, vibration & harshness (NVH)
- Removable access covers and interchangeable defrost/floor plenums for installation flexibility
- Includes powder-coated steel brackets, flat steel firewall cover, replacement molded glove-box housing, and quiet high-performance blower
